In some of the African countries, there wars and riots caused by some of the ruling politicians, rebel groups, terrorist groups, etc.

These wars are killing countless innocent people, often without the help of countries, international organizations, and the African Union as well.

Urubuga rw’Itangazamakuru (Club de la Presse) talk show of this Sunday 09-05-2021 broadcasted in synergy by ten radios across the country and a Television (TV Isango star) focused on “"Who is responsible for the deadly wars in Africa?"

Guests pointed out that these wars are often in the interest of some politicians seeking power, and property citing examples of some of the war-torn countries such as Ethiopia in the Tigray, DRC, Chad and Central Africa.

These wars claim civilian lives while there are international troops watching over them and yet the people are missing out on their help and assistance.

Members of the international community have put themselves in a real bind when it comes to ending the wars in Africa. The more they dither, the more they are accused of overlooking the horrific atrocities on civilians

The guests criticized African countries for not being involved in resolving war-related issues such as the establishment of a paramilitary force to protect civilians.

They argued   that there should be an African court to prosecute the perpetrators of the war, saying it is still difficult to who is accountable for the wars if Africa had not set up a judiciary of its own to prosecute those involved in the killings, including leaders, rebel groups and others.
